Senior Litigation Data Analyst

• Our client, a Top 250 AM Law Firm, has an immediate opening for a Senior Litigation Data Analyst in Wheeling, WV.

  Responsibilities include working with data obtained through the discovery process and for providing guidance and leadership to other, more junior members of the Litigation Data Services team.
  The ideal candidate should bring an extensive experience, coupled with a well developed understanding of advanced eDiscovery practice, procedures, and processes.

  This position will work alongside Litigation Project Managers in various practice offices to support attorney case teams.
  In certain circumstances, this position may assist case teams in the use of specialized tools for analyzing data for early case assessment purposes and to prepare data culling and refinement strategies.
  When appropriate and per instructions, processes electronic data for use in other database or review tools.

  Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Minimum four (4) years of technical, project, or data management expertise, preferably in a law firm, vendor, IT, or consulting environment
  • Data management and database expertise required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences in a clear manner will be a key
  • SQL Server experience is required
  • Concordance, Prediscovery Law, Ipro experience is required
  • Relativity experience is a plus
