  Our client, a leading eDiscovery Services provider to Fortune 500 Corporations and leading international law firms has an immediate opening for a Senior E-Discovery Project Manager in their office located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.
  

   

  Job Description:

  Responsible for consultation, project management, and webinar application training to legal professionals on proprietary on-line database management tool to review and produce documents to opposing counsel or government regulatory agencies and throughout the life-cycle of litigation. Assist lead attorneys and law firm litigation support staff and serve as liaison to corporate legal, IT, HR departments and 3rd party vendors. Supervise directors and staff across internal company corporate functions to complete project requests. Lead meetings to manage project specifications, complex workflows, and to resolve technical items. Direct and coordinate teams within  Project Management Department.

   

  Qualifications:
  Understanding of the litigation process and eDiscovery is required. Experience with on-line review platforms (i.e. Catalyst, Relativity, CaseLogistix, etc.) and database management tools including required load files (i.e. Summation, Concordance, Ringtail, Introspect, etc). Creative problem-solving skills and technical aptitude is desired to adapt to the numerous customized client requests during data processing, on-line attorney review, and production. Strong communication skills with the ability to comprehend and delegate client technical requests to internal support staff. Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple requests from different clients. Ability to provide training for use of on-line review tool to clients, as well as mentoring and training junior project managers and litigation support analysts in the Project Management Department.
