  Litigation Support Services Systems Analyst to Support Relativity Infrastructure

  
  Our client, a US Federal Government Agency has an immediate requirement for a Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize the infrastructure supporting our Relativity installation in Washington, DC.
  

  The successful candidate will be accomplished in the following technical areas:

  · Relativity infrastructure
  · VMware
  · Configure and maintain SQL Server for optimum performance with Relativity.
  · Install and maintain Microsoft SQL Server Service Pack installed on all Relativity SQL Servers
  · Configure the Windows Server for optimum performance with Relativity and update as required.
  · Monitor processor and memory utilization across all servers
  · Employ kCura scripts to eliminate index fragmentation in Relativity workspaces
  · Web load balancing
  · Troubleshoot DOJ Reverse Proxy Hosting Environment
  · Monitor MS-SQL event logs, job logs, and backup/restore jobs as required.
  · Integration with RSA server for two-factor authentication
  · Troubleshoot VMware ESXi host networking errors
  · Relativity MSI Installer
  · Relativity Agents
  · Web Load Balancing
  · Distributed Document Architecture
  · SQL Failover Clustering
  · Distributed SQL Servers
  · Terminal Services
  · Mixed Authentication

  
  The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in administering litigation support software in the federal government environment.
  Must demonstrate ability to analyze system requirements and translate those requirements into a coherent system design. Requires a broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments.
  Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
