Litigation Support Analyst - Team Lead
Our client, a US Federal Government Agency, has an immediate opening for a Lead Litigation Support Analyst in their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will perform litigation support work across the entire range of the EDRM, including the processing of electronic documents, loading documents into automated litigation support databases (such as Concordance, iConect, Relativity) and performing productions. Prepare system and technical documentation. Organizes and conducts user training sessions; prepares training material and training manuals. Proven ability to supervise a technical team.

Expert in Concordance
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience with eDiscovery processing support tools such as IPRO, LAW Prediscovery, NUIX, Clearwell, Zylab, eScan-it, etc.
The demonstrated ability to analyze a case team's litigation support needs and to design and implement a system solution to meet those needs
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work with a variety of personnel with varying degrees of technical skills.
Ability to handle a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent client service, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Strong technical understanding of litigation support technology.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Desired skills:
iConect and/or Relativity experience.
Experience with forensic tools such as EnCase or FTK a plus.
Programming\scripting experience with automated litigation support tools including Concordance, CPL, iConect iLETS, SQL, Visual Basic, C++, and/or MS Access.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience and combined education.
