  • Our client, a Top 100 AM Law Firm, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Support Analyst in their New York City office. This position is a hybrid of that of a junior project manager and a senior analyst. The specialist will often work closely with the legal teams and at the same time is often asked to roll-up their sleeves to perform the heavy lifting necessary to successfully complete the department’s projects. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment under minimal direct supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
     
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Processing of electronic discovery data;
    • Manipulate incoming and outgoing data for litigation support related tasks;
    • Design, maintain and troubleshoot end-user applications;
    • End-user training and support as needed;
    • Litigation support software upgrades and testing;
    • Direct attorney and end-user interaction;
    • Trial preparation and onsite trial support as required;
    • Researching new tools.
    Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities Required:
    • Thorough knowledge of industry-standard litigation support applications such as Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, DTSearch, LAW, Extractiva;
    • General knowledge of electronic discovery processes and best practices;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Basic knowledge of trial technology preparation and support.
     
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree required;
    • A minimum of three years experience in litigation support is required;
    • Industry related certifications a plus.
    Working Conditions:
    Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature etc.

    Monday and Friday: 1pm – 12am
    Saturday and Sunday: 11am – 10pm
