Contract Attorney

• Our client, a Top 100 AM Law Firm, has an immediate opening for a Contract Attorney in their downtown, San Francisco office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a practicing attorney. Experience in the mortgage, banking, foreclosure, and/or financial services market sector is preferred, but not required.
  

  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  Making court appearances, drafting motions, filing pleadings, research, due diligence, case management, review and analysis of mortgage documentation for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, etc.
  Must hold a JD and must be licensed to practice law in California.
  Minimum 6-month commitment, indefinite contract assignment.
